"I've been to this restaurant a few times now, for birthdays etc, both under last management and the latest management also. I've always enjoyed my time here. The set meze is lovely, but on this occasion we ordered the £15 for 3 courses deal. I had the sirloin steak (normally £16.50 on it's own) and finished my friend's mixed grill. Both were very tasty-cooked to perfection. The starters were average, as was the baklava, but the mains and the service make up for any mediocrity. Def. recommend!"

"Meze Meze, in North Finchley, was empty when we arrived (quite early in the evening) and nearly full when we left, with a buzzy atmosphere. Service was very attentive, and the food very nice, with the waiter having his personal favourites. My only criticism would be that the main courses are huge and very filling! We would probaby go straight for a main course next time. A little pricey, though you do get a lot, but excellent value with the 3 course offer."

"Meze Meze was a good choice for our staff xmas dinner. The starters and mains were very generous & flavoursome, though the desserts were basic - but Baklava & Ice Cream are always winners. The service was attentitive at all times. Very pleased with the value of the 3 course offer. Toilets were very spacious with a particularly clever hand dry wipe dispenser! The ambience was ok, but for me the lighting was quite bright so I wouldn't recommend it for a romantic night out. A good LOCAL eatery!"

"The food was wonderful, fresh, tasty and plentiful. Complimentary olives, bread and dip started the meal followed by assorted starters shared between us and a divine Kleftico (lamb) and vegetarian Moussaka for main course. Atmosphere was very pleasant and the service excellent. Highly recommended, I would definately go again."

"We had the most wonderful meal chosen from the £15 pp special. A bit expensive on the a la carte prices. There was an incredible choice of starter main and dessert. The food and service was just fabulous, the portions very generous and the presentation just lovely. In all we had a great evening and will be telling all our friends and making it one of our favourites."

"The West End has certainly come to North Finchley when you visit MEZE MEZE in the HIgh Road A most impressive Restaurantant - well planned with attractive decor and a chic Bar at the far end and with a very relaxing atmosphere at this classy Eaterie .The Menu has a very good choice of dishes some Turkish and some European and we much enjoyed our meal on Sunday eve ! Superb food ,well presented and served by polite friendly staff and very reasonably priced with the 50% offer .Highly Recommended"

"Staff were great, food was very good, particularly the mezzes. My partner can't eat wheat and the staff actually realised after orering that she had ordered something with wheat. They changed the course for free and were very quick with it. A nice little restaurant."

"Very nicely furnished restaurant. The food and service was excellent. It was just a shame that when we arrived at 8.00 there was only 1 other table taken and nobody else came in after that, so it lacked a bit of atmosphere. However the meal was very good and excellent value with the TT offer."

"Meze Meze is a wonderful place to have lovely Turkish Food. The service & welcome you get from the staff are excellent.I had Prawns for starters & Kulbasti (Marinated Lamb) for mains & the portions were huge. With top table offer it even gets better. Will def be visiting them soon."

"This place is worth a visit - even better if you get the TT 50% discount deal. Although we had only booked for 2, there were 4 of us and quite happy to extend the deal. The food was and service was very good - will return even without the deal!"

"Was very pleasantly surprised by Meze Meze. Service was prompt and staff were very friendly. Some of the starters were in small potions but were very tasty. Recommend the prawns! Main were generous portions - food nicely cooked and presented. Give the special home made chilli sauce a go - lovely! With the TT 50% offer was under £15 for two non alcoholic drinks, 3 starters, 2 mains, 1 dessert and mint 2 teas - Bargain! Would definately go there again."

"The food is excellent, the best middle eastern food I've had for a while. I like the mini starters presented on arrival and Turkish delight on finishing! The service was good without being annoying. We will definitely be returning. Some may find it a bit noisy there is no music, just conversation from the packed restaurant (we dined on a Saturday) but we still felt secluded at our table for two under a palm tree."

"We have been regular visitors to Meze Meze for about a year. Ferdi is an excellent host and always makes us feel special and very welcome. The restaurant is a beautiful room and dining there, whether for a special occasion or just out for dinner is aways a treat and very affordable. The choice of meze is vast and interesting, although I always make a bee line for the aubergine salad; meat and fish is of the highest quality and delicious and all dishes are well presented.
How refreshing to find a restaurant, local or otherwise, who bring a mini hors d'hoevre to the table and don't charge their guests a cover charge!"

"Meze Meze is excellent value for money. we enjoyed a birthday celebration lunch here and took advantage of the special set meze menu. Much more food that we could eat but all freshly prepared and we ended up taking home some of the delicious grilled meats which we had been unable to finish. Will definitely go again."

"Meze Meze in North Finchley was a very pleasant suprise. The food was extremely fresh - even on a Sunday lunchtime - we managed to sit outside in the sun which was a real bonus and not only that, the two staff were excellent and very helpful. I would certainly return and so would our guests."

"There are a plethora of Turkish / Lebanese etc restaurants of this ilk in North / NW London. Yet Meze Meze is a better bet than most. The food (with a good choice) is unfailingly fresh, and delicious. The bread is good, and the service reliable. The atmosphere is a little bland but not too cramped. It's not as cheap as some but nor as expensive as Maroush etc. Always an enjoyable meal!"

"Meze Meze as the name would suggest serve excellent choice of Mezes and they all come in their own separate dishes so a true small dish Restaurant. Please watch how many you order they are very generous with the portions. The lamb shish they cooked was one of the tender I have had for years and my partner had stuffed aubergines a lovely vegeterian dish. The value for money was great and I fully recommend you give it a try."

"I ended up dining at Meze Meze twice in one week! On both occasions the food and service were good and excellent value. It's not the most sophistocated restaurant you may ever eat in, but as the saying goes "It does exactly what is says on the tin". Reliable, value and a good surrounding - the owner has created a freindly rapport with his regular customers who clearly come back for more. The best value by far are the set Meze. They also have a good value and quality wine selection too. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them."
